Windows 10 Image Customizations

1. Set default homepage to http://wiki.jayscafe.net
2. Need to segment the network to prevent access to other systems on the network.
   1. ub-services01 becomes dns/dhcp server (pFSense? for easy configuration and management)
   2. 192.168.0.0/17 remains home network
   3. 10.0.x.0/24 becomes individual segments (Charles, Jennifer, etc)
