New York Grand Jury Indictment Steps

1. Presentation
   1. Prosecutors go to GJ with indictment and possibly a summary witness
   2. Prosecutors would walk out leaving the indictment with the GJ
   3. Jurors would review and then vote in secret
   4. If they agrees then a true-bill of indictment.
